All products provided by Zefa International are curated and exclusive in nature. Therefor these provisions are non-tangible, irrevocable goods/services in nature. Hence, we do not provide any refunds once the purchase has been made.
We only provide an exchange option if the product has manufacturing defect and the exchange has to made within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
You may however contact with us and ask for a detailed information before making a purchase.
Zefa International does not provide any cancellation of the contract for the products and/or services that is purchased before 48 hours. For any exceptional cases, you may write to us at zefainternational@gmail.com defining the cause and we will consider if cancellation is allowed or not.
